Clear inputs make the quotation and sampling process faster. Final MOQ, lead time, and tooling requirements are confirmed after technical review.
Can you produce from our drawing or reference sample?
Yes. Send CAD files, drawings, sample photos, measurements, target use, and quantity. We will review the specification and identify open points before sampling.
Can we customize the logo and packaging?
Logo placement, etching, printing, hardware color, labels, instructions, and retail packaging can be developed around the approved sample.
What is the MOQ?
All catalog models have a 30-pair minimum order. Volume pricing starts at 50 pairs and again at 100 pairs. Custom tooling or fully bespoke development may require separate review.
How long does sampling and production take?
Timing depends on design complexity, tooling, finish, quantity, and sample approval. The schedule is confirmed after the specification is frozen.
