Park Flow

Park skating is a conversation with speed.

Transitions reward timing. Push too little and the wall takes the trick away. Push too much and the line gets away from you. The goal is to find the speed that makes the next move feel inevitable.

How to build flow

  1. Warm up the bowl: Ride the walls before trying tricks. Learn the pocket and the exit line.
  2. Choose one anchor: Pick a trick or carve that starts every run.
  3. Connect with pumps: Use the transition to create speed instead of forcing it with extra pushes.
  4. Finish clean: Choose an easy ending that keeps the run moving.

Make the easy tricks look impossible.

Style is not extra credit. It is the timing, posture, and confidence you bring to a simple trick. A fast 50-50 with a clean roll-away hits harder than a sketchy trick you cannot repeat.

Speed creates options. Control chooses the right one.
